Mr. Sanjay Sharma is a B.Sc. Graduate. He has 20 years of experience in diverse facets of Institutional and Retail business development including sales, marketing and product management. He is handling entire Operational activities, Collateral Management.

Mr. Naresh Joshi

Deputy General Manager (Operations)

Mr. Naresh Joshi is a B.Com graduate from Mumbai University. He is associate Indian commodities for more than 10 years. He oversees collateral management and operational activities, including bank coordination and supervision of all teams within the operations department. He plays an active role in generating new business from private sector banks. Previously, he worked with Country Club India Ltd. as a Food and Beverages Controller, where he gained strong operational and resource management experience.

He possesses strong expertise in operational discipline, compliance management, inventory control, and strategic coordination.
